Thoughts on raiding Kyogre
Kyogre is certainly a Pokemon worth raiding
It is a fantastic option for use in PvP in the Master league, offering good bulk, damage and synergy within a variety of teams.
It is still to have its Mega (or rather Primal form) released which makes raiding it important to get a good one stored up with strong IV (ideally 15/15/15)
Blizzard is the worst move Kyogre could have against you when your doing the actual raid as it will completely one hit most of the Grass options you try using against it. If you encounter a Kyogre raid where it has the Blizzard move, then going all Electric will be the best way to counter that.
Getting enough XL candies to max Kyogre to level 50 will really optimise its potential. This will mean completing a minimum of 99 Kyogre raids (assuming you get the minimum 3XL candy per raid) without factoring in any other boosts such a mega boosts, walking as a buddy or rare XL candies. Therefore it can be time consuming and expensive!
